Adidas Philippines VRCT Patch

For their campaign to launch their VRCT jacket, Adidas Philippines wanted to produce locally-designed patches that were to be given to customers who purchased the jacket. They asked several local artists to submit their designs and mine was one of the three that they picked to turn into a patch!

My design depicts the front part of the Philippine jeepney with elements of the Philippine flag (the sun, the three stars, and the colors blue and red) incorporated into the illustration.

There are many things that symbolize the Philippines but I have always felt that the jeepney is unique to this country and its culture.
